The 2022 Yukon Denali boasts more technology than almost any other vehicle on the road today. State-of-the-art features include everything from the latest driver assist technologies, like Lane Change Assist, to a 15-inch Head-Up display. Overall, industry-leading tech makes the 2022 Yukon Denali exceptionally safe, fun to drive, and a performance leader in its class. Here’s a rundown on some of the more notable standard or available tech found on the 2022 GMC Yukon Denali:

Fun to Drive Tech
GMC’s advanced infotainment system comes standard on the 2022 GMC Yukon Denali. The system features built-in Google compatibility with access to Google Maps, Google Assistant, Google Play, hundreds of downloadable applications, vehicle data sharing (for improved navigation), and continuous real-time map updates. Bluetooth connectivity makes hands-free calling and music streaming a breeze, as well. Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto also work seamlessly with the premium GMC infotainment system. All trims come with a premium Bose audio system.

Other fun features that come standard or available as part of the GMC premium infotainment system include a 10.2-inch (diagonal) color LCD HD touch screen, Wi-Fi wireless projection capability, and dual headrest, 12.6-inch (diagonal), high-definition touch-screens that feature tilting, screen sharing and touch capabilities. The two screens let rear seat passengers play video, audio, and games right from their personal devices. Models equipped with the dual headrest screens also come with two pairs of Bluetooth headphones and two HDMI ports – located on the back of the center console – that provide connectivity to the screens.

Convenience Tech
The 2022 GMC Yukon Denali also comes with lots of tech that adds convenience to every adventure (and some fun, as well). An available multicolor 15-inch (diagonal) Head-Up Display projects customizable vehicle information such as the current speed limit, the Denali’s current speed, and sound system information. The display also projects driver-assist warnings like Lane Departure and Forward Collision Alerts. Off-roaders enjoy inclinometer information that measures fore and aft tilt, front tire angle, and left and right tilt. All this gets transparently projected onto the lower section of the driver’s windshield area.

Thirteen available camera views let drivers confidently maneuver through their surroundings. The Yukon Denali’s High Definition Surround Vision features a rear camera mirror that offers a wider and less-obstructed view behind the vehicle than that of a traditional rearview mirror.
A 12-inch reconfigurable digital driver information center located between the Yukon’s gauges displays important vehicle information. The screen also provides convenient access to audio, phone, and navigation (if equipped). Steering wheel controls let driver’s view and change different functions. The digital information center comes with a choice of four different themes.

Safety and Driver-Assist Tech
The 2022 Yukon Denali takes safety to the next level thanks to industry-leading driver-assist technologies. Standard features include Automatic Emergency Braking, Forward Collision Alert, Front Pedestrian Braking, and Front and Rear Park Assist. Also standard on all models, Lane Change Alert with Side Blind Zone Alert, Lane Keep Assist with Lane Departure Warning, and GMC’s Front outboard Passenger Airbag Sensing System take safety to the next level on the new Yukon Denali.

The Yukon’s Hitch Guidance System employs the Rear Vision Camera display to provide drivers with guidelines to help align their vehicle with a trailer. The system also provides a camera view of the trailer while driving.
Back road drivers will appreciate the Yukon’s IntelliBeam feature, which automatically turns the vehicle’s high-beam headlamps on and off according to surrounding traffic conditions.

The configurable Teen Driver feature lets parents activate customizable vehicle settings for each individual key fob. The feature not only helps encourage better driving habits, it can also limit certain vehicle features and automatically turn on a number of safety systems. An in-vehicle report card provides information on the teen’s driving habits, as well.

Of Course, those are just a handful of the advanced technologies found on the 2022 GMC Yukon Denali. For a test drive and a closer look at the new 2022 GMC Yukon Denali, as well as the entire lineup of new and pre-owned GMC and Buick cars, trucks, and SUVs, stop in at Anderson Buick GMC today.
