I brought in my 2008 Buick Lucerne on Friday, May 3rd with an ungodly rat ta tat in the motor. It turned out to be a cracked flywheel and I had to leave it to be repaired. Anderson arranged for a rent-a-car for my use over the weekend and told me it would take three or four days for the repair. Happily I received a call on Monday saying my car was ready and came in under the estimated price. I brought my 2009 Buick Lacrosse because the display lights said to service the following: 1. Stabilization System 2. Traction System 3. ABS System 4. Passenger Faulty Air Bag light 5. Passenger Faulty Seat Belt light Also to do Oil, Lube and filter service. When I was there, I was told to replace the inside Air Filter, the PCV Valve and to add OI Gas, etc. I also mentioned to the Service Advisor, Mr. Jerome Herring, that the AM Band Radio, after servicing it more than 5 times at Anderson Buick, it is still not working properly. Mr. Herring acknowledged that. Mr. Herring said that he ordered parts for items 1 through 5, and that he will look "again" at the Radio to make it function properly. I, and my husband, always buy GM cars. In fact , last month, we bought a Cadillac ATS. I hope that the service, I will receive, when I am called to come in to complete the job, will be perfect.
